He served as Chief Executive Officer of Imagin Molecular Corp., from August 19, 2005 to February 2006 and Chief Financial Officer until August 19, 2005. He Co-Founded ... Cipher Holding Corp. (formerly Momentum Holdings Corp.) and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since August 19, 2003. He served as Managing Director of Virtual Partnerships LLC, a business development and business strategy consulting firm from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Conn served as Vice President of Business Development at iLX, an e-business and e-transformation services provider from June 1996 to September 1999. He served as interim President of Uniloc from May 2002 to July 2002. Mr. Conn serves as Director of Imagin Molecular Corp., and Imaging PET Technologies Inc.
